ETICS is being increasingly used for improving energy performance of temperature controlled buildings. 15 European nations are currently using it and the technology is set to take other countries by storm. Germany and Poland pioneer in this technology which insulates the building in such a way that its energy requirement drops significantly. ETICS works for cooling as well as heating, hence it could prove to be very beneficial for all future development projects in a tropical country like India which relies heavily on centralized cooling system. Bolix and NBCC will jointly promote, develop and facilitate the use of ETICS solutions in Indian real estate projects.
