Zetwerk appoints industry veteran to lead Unimacts
ZETWERK announced the appointment of Vadim Yakubov as CEO of Unimacts, its wholly owned US subsidiary. This strategic move strengthens ZETWERK's commitment to the US market and positions Unimacts for significant growth around the world.
ZETWERK's US operations have grown rapidly, with 350 employees globally and generating 20-25% of the company's global revenue. Since starting US exports in 2019, ZETWERK has significantly contributed to the resurgence of American manufacturing. Unimacts manufactures across three key categories:
- Solar Energy: Structural steel, foundational piles, torque tubes
- Wind Energy: FRP parts, steel fabrications, nacelle, spinner, pre-assembly engagements
- General OEM: Die-castings, extrusions, precision fabrications, and various components and assemblies

Vadim Yakubov, a seasoned executive with experience in automotive and aerospace industries, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Unimacts. His demonstrated ability to lead and grow world-class organizations will be pivotal for Unimacts' growth. Yakubov has previously served in top leadership positions at global private and Fortune 500 companies such as Precision Castparts (PCC), Novares Group, Acument Global Technologies, and Ford Motor Co, and led businesses in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
