The brand has begun with exports to key global markets including Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Early shipments have already been reaching UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Malaysia. This initiative reiterates the brand’s commitment to further emerging as a global player in sustainable building materials.
Schon Doorways operates an 80,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Bangalore with monthly production capacity of 25,000-30,000 sq. ft. of aluminium systems. As per international green norms, 30% of the aluminium utilized is recycled, and the products adhere to international certifications such as LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, and BREEAM. Schon Doorways has created proprietary in-house hardware for magnetic sealing and smart locking and has filed a patent for its corner slider system. The company has made significant investments in technology, targeting 60% digitisation by 2027, through CNC automation, IoT-enabled operations, and AI-powered quality control.
