The housing sector is expected to experience substantial expansion, with projections indicating a CAGR of 24.4% from 2024 to 2033. The market size is anticipated to reach USD 293.37 billion. This surge is driven by rapid urbanization, population growth, and economic development.
Concurrently, the luxury housing market is experiencing robust demand, primarily fuelled by affluent buyers. Home prices are expected to rise by 7.0% in 2024, 6.5% in 2025, and 7.5% in 2026. This trend underscores the growing interest in premium properties among high-net-worth individuals.
