The three firms will chalk out the blueprint of town planning, transport, traffic, infrastructure, finance, economy, heritage, tourism, urban design, and renewable resources.
“The firms will conduct a survey of Ayodhya, evaluate demand, identify stakeholders and hold consultations on the development of Ayodhya before tabling the vision document, which will encapsulate an integrated infrastructure plan for the complete city of Ayodhya while keeping untouched its intrinsic religious character. The detailed project report and cost outlay of the 1,200 acres. Smart Ayodhya and its rollout plan will be finalized by the three consultants,” a statement issued here said.
Commenting on the project, Dikshu Kukreja, Managing Principal of CP Kukreja Architects said, “This is a historic moment and we are honored and privileged to be chosen along with our renowned international partners Lea Associates and L&T to create this master plan.
