Skipper has an experienced team of individuals including 25+ dedicated Engineers in production; designing / planning and commercials lead by highly qualified management supporting to Utility / Telecom & Lighting infrastructure solutions.  The Indian and equivalent international grade material procured from reputed manufacturers such as SAIL, TATA and JINDAL. The in-house design capabilities supported by qualified and design & detailing specialists help custom designs as per customer requirements. They use latest design softwares : PLS Pole, PLS Tower, PLS Caddlite, Staad PRO, Caisson, and Detailing software like Autocad and Solidworks. The products are well conversant with IS, AS, ASTM,  ASCE , ACI, CSA, BS, EN, ISO and etc. Codes / standards. The in-house testing facility helps us reduce lead time considerably and there is an experienced large EPC team for installation / erection / stringing / commissioning.

There is an in - house NABL accredited lab for full testing of all incoming raw material. Skipper is one of the fastest growing companies in Eastern India with annual revenue of over 200 million USD. Skipper's proximity to two major ports - Kolkata and Haldia ensures timely shipment of goods and easier availability of vessels. Skipper has a fully trained and qualified team of welders - as per ASME Sec - IX approved bythird party agencies such as TUV/BVQI / PGCIL. The galvanizing bath is fully automated and imported measuring 12.3 m long x 2.6 m wide (widest Bath in India) x 3.0 m deep. There are 7 more galvanizing plants having capacity of 300,000 MTPA.

Innovative Solutions For The Real Estate Industry

The innovative solutions for the real estate industry are 'Existing Lattice Towers pass through these lands' and 'Future proposals of transmission Lines that pass through these lands'. The disadvantages of existing Lattice Towers that pass through these Lands are that, these Lattice Towers take large foot print and right of way, they are aesthetically not pleasant, there is a human psychology to keep away from these towers and less demand, they are not able to use optimum utilization of space, there is no or less rental value, it is difficult to get buyers for land / apartments.

Thus larger lot area, real or perceived, may compensate for proximity to the towers there by disguising the penalty. The disadvantage of Future Lattice Towers pass through these Lands is that, its difficult to do land acquisition, there is high compensation and lease cost involved, there is a compensation raise and increase year-on-year. Understanding the Impact is most important to electricity suppliers in planning the best route and determining fair compensation in case of full or partial resumption of private land.
