Primus, a leader in developing senior living and retirement communities in India, Primus ties-up with The Wadhwa Group for senior living
has tied up with The Wadhwa Group to provide premium senior living spaces; marking its entry into the Mumbai region. 'Primus Swarna' is part of an integrated township project at Wadhwa Wise City Panvel, spread across 138 acres being developed, with a total land size of 450 acres. This integrated township is sustainable in nature and holds the distinction of being the first-ever integrated township project in NAINA (Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area).
'Primus Swarna' is a dedicated senior living community to be housed in two exclusively designed towers; the first which will be launched soon, offering spacious 1 and 2 BHK apartments. The towers have been exclusively designed by Primus who would provide all the services for seniors, post completion. The project is expected to be completed within the next three years.
