CREDAI to celebrate 25th Foundation Day in Delhi
India’s leading real estate body, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI), announced the celebration of its 25th foundation day, on the 25th of November in New Delhi. CREDAI, established in 1999 and representing over 13,000 developers across 230 city chapters in 21 states, has consistently been at the forefront of Indian Real Estate’s transformation in the last 25 years, and is set to continue to play this pivotal role in the forthcoming years.
The event, which will play host to a number of prominent dignitaries, policymakers, experts and CREDAI leadership including Boman Irani, President, Manoj Gaur, Chairman and Shekhar Patel, President-elect, will also witness the launch of a groundbreaking report on Real Estate’s contribution towards achieving Viksit Bharat, titled ‘Role of real estate sector for Viksit Bharat @2047’. The report will further delve deeper into the sustained growth trajectory of Indian Real Estate and its ever-increasing contribution to the Indian economy.
Boman Irani, President, CREDAI, shares his thoughts, “We are extremely proud and excited on this momentous day where we celebrate CREDAI’s 25th Foundation Day – a day full of pride, honour and admiration for all our CREDAI office bearers – present and past; State and City chapters for bringing impact at the grassroot levels, and to all stakeholders – including the Government, Ministries, Homebuyers - who have wholeheartedly trusted in CREDAI and enabled us to consistently facilitate a conducive environment and bring about tangible changes throughout our journey. On 25th November, we look forward to celebrating this day with all our well-wishers, colleagues and set a definitive path towards the next 25 years of not just CREDAI but also Indian Real Estate as a whole.”
Manoj Gaur, CREDAI Chairman, comments, “Today, CREDAI is seen as India’s most trusted real estate body, which is a culmination of the work and efforts of all our member developers in the past 25 years. We gather on 25th November to not just celebrate the achievements of our colleagues but also play host to all stakeholders who have stood by us through their support and enabled us to become the custodians of Indian Real Estate. At a macro level, India has achieved many economic milestones wherein real estate has played arguably the biggest role, and CREDAI hopes to use this platform to further its contribution and trajectory – by initiating discourse on some of the most pivotal matters relating to Indian Real Estate.”
Shekhar Patel, CREDAI President Elect, adds, “This Foundation Day is a moment to celebrate our collective efforts, reflect on our impact, and renew our commitment towards building a ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’. Together, we aim to shape a future that emphasizes inclusivity, sustainability, and growth. The Foundation Day promises to be a memorable occasion, recognizing the contributions of CREDAI's members and partners in shaping India's real estate landscape.”
