GAP Group unveils new township project ‘Akhilam’ in Dholera
The township follows GAP Group’s success in securing the first-ever auctioned real estate plot in Dholera SIR.

GAP Group, one of western India’s fastest-growing infrastructure development companies with a strategic focus on Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), has unveiled a landmark real estate project that will include residential towers, corporate office spaces, high-end retail outlets and a food court within Dholera’s activation area. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel reviewed the progress of the project during his visit ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s planned visit to the region next month.
The township follows GAP Group’s success in securing the first-ever auctioned real estate plot in Dholera SIR. The 42,000 square metre parcel is set to become the site of a comprehensive township named ‘Akhilam’, designed to meet the evolving needs of professionals and businesses in the region.
The project comes at a crucial time as Dholera SIR gains momentum with the construction of India’s largest semiconductor fabrication plant by a joint venture between the Tata Group and Taiwan-based PSMC. The plant is expected to be operational within two years and is anticipated to employ approximately 20,000 skilled professionals. By 2030, the entire 5,600-acre activation area is projected to host over 1.5 lakh employees, creating significant demand for high-quality housing and lifestyle amenities.
GAP Group’s Akhilam township project will offer 1,000 premium 1BHK residences, along with a business park, high-street retail zones, banking services, club facilities and a food court.
Speaking about the project, Ambrish Parajiya, Managing Director, GAP Group, said, “Dholera is poised to emerge as one of the most happening industrial clusters not just in Gujarat but in the entire country and it was our honor to showcase our project before honorable Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel. With our world-class township project, we are ensuring that the supply of high-quality residential and commercial spaces in Dholera keeps pace with the industrial development taking place in the region.”
The infrastructure push in Dholera is also being boosted by key connectivity projects, including Rs. 5,000 crore Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway, a new international airport at Dholera, and the upcoming Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) at Bhimnath, all of which are expected to catalyze substantial investments in the region.
