What are the latest demand trends of PEBs in the current construction market scenario and how has the market been evolving in recent years?
Indian PEB market has witnessed significant growth in recent years, driven by increasing infrastructure development across the country. The Indian government has laid the foundation for a solid growth in infrastructure development over the last many years and is still driven by that mindset for another at least 5-6 years till 2030 and has set a challenging target for the infra development by the private sector during the period of Amrit kaal. Accordingly, PEB plays an important role in the infra development of the country. The PEB industry is growing at a CAGR of around 8-9% since last few years. In particular, the industry is not only driven by industrial growth, but also technological advancements in the field, and the need for efficient construction solutions. In particular, the following forces are driving demand for PEB structures in India:
· PEBs are finding increasing acceptance and demand in manufacturing plants, warehouses, distribution centers, cold storage facilities, medical facilities etc. The market for the buying industries - manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing - itself is also expanding rapidly.
· There is a growing demand for rapid deployment and lightweight construction without compromising on stability, strength and durability, where PEBs find a perfect fit.
· Besides the traditional applications mentioned above, there is a growing acceptance of PEBs for office spaces, where the demand has significant growth potential due to the trend of rapid urbanization across the country.

· PPGI & PPGL design coated coils: We have one of the widest ranges of coated steel coils in various designs that mimic real wood, stone, marble and even floral patterns for various roofing, cladding and paneling (including PUF panels) applications.
We offer customized options in gloss, matt and texture or wrinkle finish as per the client’s requirements.
The company will shortly be introducing the highly durable PPZM option of color-coated steel with the higher protective alloying of the zinc with not only aluminium, but also with magnesium. This product has a better durability, better corrosion resistance and excellent weatherability for withstanding harsh environmental conditions than the existing PPGL products and will bring a revolution in the PEB industry.
· Stone coated roofing sheets: La Tim offers a wide range of colors and profiles in stone coated roofing sheets that are superior to traditional roofing options by way of better aesthetics, durability, ease and speed of installation, temperature and noise insulation and cost of ownership (sum-total of cost of deployment and maintenance over the product lifecycle). These roofing are made of a steel substrate and coated on both sides with high levels of Aluminum-Zinc alloy and then additionally coated with a specially formulated anti-finger coating (this coating is made of high-end engineering plastic, giving better results than a regular polyester color coating) which enhances the durability of the product. That is not the end of it. In addition, the top surface is spray coated with special stone chips which are colored with extremely durable pigments and which are so aesthetically pleasing than regular color coated steel. The beauty of the product is further elevated by the inherent nature of the stone coating which enhances the heat and sound insulation properties of this unique product. This roofing can also be used as external cladding due to the cost efficiency, aesthetic appeal and durability as compared to traditional options.
