Volvo Group, India has been honoured among the “Best Companies for Women in India” award 2020 (BCWI Award) by Working Mother & Avtar. The recognition is a testimony to the company's concrete actions that contribute to an inclusive culture, to unleash the full potential of a diverse workforce, providing growth opportunities for women to become leaders of tomorrow. 

Volvo Group has emerged as one of the top 100 Best Companies for Women in India - a recognition based on a survey, which covered key demographics related to a company's workforce, practices, and policies that organizations have in place to attract, engage, retain and develop women professionals.

The study ranked organizations by evaluating them across various parameters including women's recruitment, retention, and advancement initiatives, safety and security measures for women employees, flexible work arrangements and support extended for maternity and life-changing events, benefits to help enable and advance women's careers, and policies around work-life integration.
