It specializes in offering a wide spectrum of used construction and mining equipment, covering an impressive range that spans from 2 to 200 tons.

IEPL executes a meticulous approach in acquiring sparsely utilized equipment, undertaking a diligent refurbishment process, and expeditiously exporting to numerous countries worldwide. Beyond its extensive international outreach, IEPL expanded its reach into the domestic market in June 2022, forging a strategic partnership with HDB Financial Services to seamlessly provide essential financial assistance to its valued clientele.

In addition to having strong roots in used equipment, IEPL added feathers to its cap by pioneering the design and manufacturing of the Slope Vibratory Compactor and High Neck Excavator Attachments.

ACHIEVING NEW MILESTONES

In response to the dynamic market demands, IEPL has embarked on an ambitious initiative by commencing the construction of a new workshop and a state-of-the-art training academy. This strategic endeavour is poised to elevate the company's capabilities, ensuring a fully equipped in-house facility and a proficient workforce by the year 2024. IEPL aims to have the capacity to accommodate the refurbishment of over 1,000 pieces of equipment per annum which can be supplied to domestic and international markets.

Nestled on approximately 12 acres in Chennai, IEPL strives for the new premises to stand as a testament to progress. Within its confines, a covered shed spanning 150,000 sq ft is accompanied by a purpose-built training academy, occupying 30,000 sq ft. 

Through the training academy, IEPL gears up to provide structured and focused learning experiences that equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and expertise required to excel at work. The company aims to enhance participants' capabilities, improve their performance, and prepare them for the challenges and opportunities ahead. The training academy will center its efforts on providing comprehensive instruction in vital areas such as safety protocols, equipment maintenance and repairs, technical expertise, and effective equipment operation. The academy will serve as a platform for intensive learning, hands-on practice, and continuous development, fostering competence, growth, and innovation.
