The 22nd edition of Roof India, one of Asia’s most recognized trade platforms for the roofing and allied construction industries, concluded successfully at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai. The three-day event, held from 24 to 26 April 2025, brought together manufacturers, suppliers, buyers, and decision-makers representing every major segment of the construction and infrastructure industry.

This year’s edition featured participation from over 138 exhibitors representing India, China, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, and attracted more than 5,800 trade visitors from 18 countries. On display were the latest technologies and materials across roofing systems, pre-engineered buildings, waterproofing solutions, solar and BIPV roofing, structural steel, architectural cladding, roofing fasteners, insulation, and roofing software.

The show reinforced its position as a comprehensive B2B platform for industry professionals and product innovators to connect, exchange knowledge, and explore new business opportunities.

Industry support and stakeholder confidence

The event was organized with the support of key industry associations including the Architects Engineers & Surveyors Association (AESA), Construction Federation of India (CFI), India Insulation Forum (IIF), Waterproofers Association of India (WAI), and World Metal Forum (WMF). These associations have been long-term supporters of the platform, helping to promote technological progress and market access for Indian and international companies.

Roof India 2025 received encouraging feedback from both exhibitors and visitors. Over 90% of exhibitors expressed overall satisfaction with the show, citing quality footfall, relevant business conversations, and strong brand visibility. On the visitor front, more than 88% rated the event as important to their annual sourcing and planning activities. The platform continues to deliver measurable value through product discovery, networking, and industry alignment.

Thought leadership through open seminars

The event hosted a three-day seminar series comprising ‘Let’s Talk Roofing’, ‘Flooring Ideas’, and ‘Innovative Infrastructure’. The sessions covered themes such as sustainability, innovation, safety, fire-resistance, insulation performance, energy efficiency, and performance benchmarking.

Speakers represented some of the most established names in the industry, including Tata Bluescope Steel, Pidilite Industries, Trimble Solutions, Wacker Chemie, Panasonic Life Solutions, and Interarch Building Products, among others. The sessions received strong participation from architects, EPC consultants, builders, and infrastructure developers.

Looking ahead: Roof India 2026 to be held in Bengaluru

The next edition of the show, Roof India 2026, will take place from 23 to 25 April 2026 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru. With Southern India witnessing increased investments in urban infrastructure, real estate, and industrial development, Bengaluru offers an ideal backdrop for the next phase of growth.

Over 30 companies confirmed their participation for the upcoming edition during the 2025 show itself, signalling strong confidence in the platform’s relevance and business value.
