LISSMAC Corporation to showcase cutting-edge construction technology at World of Concrete 2025

LISSMAC Corporation will showcase their range of innovations at World of Concrete 2025, the largest annual event for concrete and masonry professionals across the globe. The event will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center from January 20-23, 2025. At Booth S22189, LISSMAC will have demonstrations of the company’s latest advancements in construction technology designed for demanding applications in road construction, renovation, demolition, and repair work including the MULTICUT 605, MULTICUT 575, and UNICUT 610. LISSMAC will also be releasing two new machines at the show, the SC 230 and SC 65.

With its powerful 55 kW / 74.8 PS Hatz 4-cylinder engine, coupled with a 3-speed gearbox, LISSMAC’s MULTICUT 605 delivers efficient cutting performance for saw blades up to 1,200 mm, achieving a maximum cutting depth of 515 mm. The hydrostatic drive ensures smooth, controlled operation and even feed rates, while the electro-hydraulically controlled blade raising and lowering system enhances precision and protects the cutting tool. The saw's compact design, balanced chassis, and low center of gravity allow for easy maneuverability and precise straight cuts.

Built with advanced technology, the MULTICUT 575 provides unmatched flexibility for cutting at optimal speeds with any blade size. Equipped with a powerful four-speed gearbox, the MC 575 ensures precision with varying blade diameters, enabling operators to achieve the perfect cut for each project. The gearbox also includes a neutral position, enhancing safety by giving operators precise control over the blade shaft. In compliance with Tier 4 Final emissions standards, the MC 575 operates without the need for regeneration, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime.

The UNICUT 610 is LISSMAC's flagship diesel floor saw, featuring a powerful 100 kW / 136 PS engine and cutting depths up to 630 mm with saw blades up to 1,500 mm in diameter. The fully hydraulic drive ensures robust performance and minimal wear even under continuous heavy use. Key benefits include fatigue-free operation through first-class ergonomics and a multifunctional joystick for easy control. The saw offers versatility with its ability to pivot 180° for left or right-hand cutting, and its blade guard can be adjusted hydraulically. An optional all-wheel drive improves traction, automatically disengaging when turning corners. The UC 610 also features an electro-hydraulically controlled drive motor and saw blade speed for optimal cutting performance across various applications.

Additionally, at the booth, LISSMAC will showcase two new floor saws, the SC 230 and SC 65, as well as the MC 400, CC 501 E, CC 701 E, CC 401 E, CC 450, and CC 201.
