Rise in urbanization is a major factor that is propelling the 'Crushing and Screening' equipment market in the country as well as the globe.

Increase in construction and infrastructure projects in the country is mainly driving the growth of the crushing and screening equipment industry. Moreover, rise in urbanization owing to increase in population is another factor that is propelling the crushing and screening equipment market size. Increase in population has resulted in rise in mining activities owing to development in conveyance and transport sector, which in turn drives the demand for mining equipment; thereby, boosting the demand for the crushing and screening equipment market. 

The construction material for general construction - stones, pebbles, sand, cement, etc. are obtained from various sources which includes mountains, riverbeds and rocky terrains. Special equipment which can be transferred with minimum efforts is thus required for processing the materials which involves crushing into smaller parts and screening i.e. segregating different components of material from the mixture.
