IndiaLand signed MOU with Tamil Nadu Government

IndiaLand, a leading global real estate firm headquartered in Madrid, Spain, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Tamil Nadu Government, marking a significant step towards their shared vision for development. The partnership primarily focuses on the development of IndiaLand Tech Park in Coimbatore, with an approximate investment till now in the tech park project of about Rs 500 crore. With the imminent launch of D Tower, which is scheduled for the near future, adding a substantial 5 lakh sq ft of leasable area, the total capacity of the tech park will elevate to an impressive 18 lakh sq ft. This strategic development is a major step towards enhancing the city's IT Special Economic Zone (SEZ) spaces. Moreover, the anticipation around the introduction of the upcoming Tower E, adding 7 lakh sq. ft, further solidifies IndiaLand Tech Park's role in shaping the IT infrastructure of the region.

The MOU's significance was further highlighted at the Chennai Global Investor Summit, attended by the Chief Minister, M. K. Stalin. This government endorsement is a milestone for the IndiaLand Group, positioning it as an instrumental entity in elevating Coimbatore's profile as a hub of innovation and business. The pivotal collaboration is a testament to IndiaLand's dedication to fostering innovation and sustainability in key Indian city Coimbatore.
