The data in the report demonstrates a significant surge in demand for mid-segment and premium homes, reaching the highest levels seen since 2018. In the first half of 2023, 59,563 units of mid-segment homes and 47,130 units of premium homes were sold, showcasing substantial growth compared to the previous year.
