MAHINDRA LIFESPACES TARGETS SENIOR LIVING

Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate arm of Mahindra Group, has transferred 15.64 acres of residential land on perpetual lease to Ashiana Housing,  a leading developer of homes for senior living in India. 

With the proposed development, Mahindra World City (MWC), Chennai, which is already home to more than 2500 families across multi-format residences, will offer a wider array of residential options ranging from value homes to the mid - premium segment, and now senior living.
