MB Crusher transforms coal recycling for Prakritik Logistics
In a breakthrough solution, MB Crusher's cutting-edge technology is reshaping the coal recycling landscape for Prakritik Logistics Private Limited, a subsidiary of BLA Power. Faced with space constraints and the challenge of processing coal with undesired lumps, Prakritik Logistics turned to MB Crusher for a mobile crushing solution that would not only meet their stringent size requirements but also overcome the limitations of static crushing plants.
The challenge
Prakritik Logistics, engaged in a Power Project in Gadarwara, Madhya Pradesh, encountered a significant bottleneck in processing coal with unwanted lumps. The conventional approach of setting up a static crusher plant was hindered by limited space and enclosed premises, leading the company to explore compact and efficient mobile crushing alternatives.
The MB Crusher solution
Recognising the unique challenges faced by Prakritik Logistics, MB Crusher proposed its flagship product, the BF90.3 crushing bucket, tailored for the Volvo EC200 excavator. This mobile crushing solution efficiently processes coal with an input size of 300 mm to 350 mm, delivering a desired output size of 100 mm down at a productivity rate of 25-30 tons per hour.
The journey
Upon the successful integration of the BF90.3 crushing bucket, Prakritik Logistics experienced enhanced productivity and a streamlined workflow. Impressed by the performance and exceptional after-sales support from MB Crusher, they expanded their solution set by incorporating the MB-S18 screening bucket.
The perfect combination
The addition of MB-S18, equipped with a 70x70 mesh size, allowed Prakritik Logistics to screen out 70 mm material and directly supply it to the power plant. Simultaneously, the BF90.3 continued to crush larger material, optimising overall productivity and refining the output to meet their specific requirements.
Results and satisfaction
With MB Crusher's innovative solutions, Prakritik Logistics successfully eliminated the constraints of setting up a static crushing plant in enclosed premises. The combination of BF90.3 and MB-S18 not only met their productivity targets but also provided a more refined and efficient output.
"We were facing a critical challenge in setting up a static crusher plant, but MB Crusher's mobile solutions turned our limitations into opportunities. The BF90.3 and MB-S18 combination has not only streamlined our process but has significantly improved our productivity. MB Crusher's after-sales support and performance have exceeded our expectations,” says Anish Mehta, Technical Head at Prakritik Logistics.
MB Crusher continues to redefine the landscape of mobile crushing solutions, providing innovative answers to complex challenges in various industries.
