Tribeca Developers appoints Simantika Mukherjee as CHRO
Tribeca, the largest branded luxury developer in India, has announced the appointment of Simantika Mukherjee as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This is a strategic move aimed at strengthening the company’s commitment to building a high-performing organisation. She has more than 15 years of experience in human resource management with reputed global organisations including Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd, SBI General Insurance and Wipro Technologies.
In her previous role, Simantika spearheaded the west region for Tata Housing, driving successful HR strategies contributing to business success. Her expertise spans business transformation, strategic expansion, efficiency improvement, and growth across diverse sectors, including education, banking, insurance, IT, and real estate.
In her new role at Tribeca, Simantika will drive the development and implementation of the Group’s HR strategy and programmes, emphasising the company's commitment to fostering innovation, individual growth and organisational development.
