Typically, parking discussions focus on spaces for private cars, neglecting the need for designated parking for vehicles like buses, trucks, tempos, taxis, and two-wheelers. While there are dedicated parking slots planned for private cars, specific planning for the abovementioned vehicles is often lacking. Consequently, cars and other vehicles frequently end up parked on roads or in unauthorized spaces, leading to chaos and traffic congestion.

To address this issue, various municipal corporations have implemented regulations requiring a certain number of parking slots based on the constructed area of the project. However, these rules often need re-evaluation to better accommodate more vehicles. Additionally, some municipal corporations have started offering extra Floor Space Index (FSI) to projects that include public parking areas, encouraging developers to contribute to solving the parking crisis.

When designing structures for our tower and puzzle parking systems, we adhere strictly to IS codes (Indian Standards) to maintain structural integrity and safety standards. Depending on the type of system, we incorporate 2 to 3 levels of safety, further enhancing reliability and peace of mind for our clients.

What is your current market presence and how are you planning to expand your business?

Nextkraft Parking Technologies has established itself as a trusted brand among real estate developers and architects, recognized for our commitment to quality, on-time delivery, and the ability to provide impeccable and customized solutions. We have built a robust presence in Mumbai and the surrounding regions, playing a pivotal role in prestigious projects such as Lodha Park Signet in Lower Parel, Ace Square in Thane, Raj Infinia in Malad, Lodha Acme Ozone in Thane, and Shraddha Evoque in Bhandup.

In addition to our successful projects in Mumbai, we have executed developments in cities like Pune and Goa. Moving forward, we are investing in expanding our production capacity to around 15,000 pallets by the next financial year. This expansion will allow us to broaden our footprint in other metro cities.

To support our growth and enhance our service offerings, we are significantly increasing our manufacturing capacity with the integration of advanced CNC machines.
