Wear parts for concrete mixers, asphalt mixers, stone crushers, GET and many more are manufactured in our company. We serve as OEMs and also the aftermarket providers for other equipment manufacturers.
We provide re-engineering of wear parts which includes the process of redesigning, failure analysis, alloy selection, optimization of heat treatment processes to extend its life by monitoring wear patterns. This is a very useful automated test machine where the manufactured test samples undergo wear test under controlled abrasive atmosphere. Periodic test ensures the products manufactured are robust, reliable and high-performance ensuring equipment operate smoothly with minimal downtime.
