Our Flame Retardant (FR) Grade (90 Mtr) Gold, Flame Retardant (FR) Grade (90 Mtr) Silver, and Flame Retardant Low Smoke (FRLSH) cables are built with advanced flame-retardant, low-smoke insulation to significantly reduce fire risks. These features prevent the rapid spread of flames and minimize smoke emissions, offering critical protection in high-occupancy buildings and commercial spaces, giving occupants valuable time to evacuate safely during emergencies.

We also produce halogen-free cables like the HFFR (Halogen-Free Flame Retardant), which emit minimal toxic gases if they come into contact with fire. They are manufactured using E Beam technology, that has Electron beam employed in the area of cross-linking of wire and cable insulation material. The electron beam-cured cables show enhanced properties to withstand a higher range of temperatures, ozone, weathering/UV, and attack from acid & alkaline solutions. The proposed industrial accelerator radiation processing facility will be used for processing solar cables, high-temperature automotive cables, and high-temperature halogen-free electrical wires etc.
