SCHWING Stetter India exhibits sustainable construction equipment at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025
SCHWING Stetter India participated in the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, showcasing its advancements in sustainable construction equipment including C&D waste handling, carbon emission reduction, environment conservation and fire safety. The expo held between 19 to 22 January 2025, at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, was an ideal platform for Schwing Stetter India to unveil its sustainability product lineup.
SCHWING Stetter India marked a significant milestone in contributing to the Nation’s 2070 net-zero goal by introducing the sustainability focussed products featuring sludge pump, Rubble Master C&D waste crushers, RA (concrete recycling plant), FBP 29 (truck mixer pump), and AWT 36 articulating water tower showcasing the company’s dedication in delivering high performance environmentally conscious equipment.
V.G. Sakthikumar, Chairman & Managing Director, SCHWING Stetter India, said, “It is estimated that concrete waste generated in India could range up to 750 million tonnes annually. With the introduction of our advanced C&D waste crushers & concrete recycling plants, recycling operations could be performed with a very high efficiency. We believe that recycled concrete can be effectively utilized on-site for structural concreting needs. Our FBP will be a gamechanger, especially designed to cater to the retail ready mix concrete requirements. FBP is innovated ideally for the ready-mix industry and road infrastructure construction projects. We envision that the showcased environmentally focussed products shall significantly contribute to various segments over and beyond construction including waste management, fire & life safety and material recycling and reuse.”
One of the key highlights at Schwing’s pavilion was the FBP - truck mixer pump, a revolutionary addition to its product portfolio. This machine seamlessly combines concrete transport, mixing, and delivery while significantly reducing carbon emissions, addressing the critical demands of modern construction sites across India.
