The inauguration was a glittering event, with dignitaries including Rajesh Narvekar, Thane District Collector; Dr Vipin Sharma, TMC Commissioner and Pravin Raghavendra, CGM Mumbai (Metro) Circle, SBI, gracing the occasion.
If the inauguration of the property expo brought in expectations, the expo saw the first booking at the venue happen in the afternoon. “The expo is off to a good start,” said Jitendra Mehta, President, CREDAI MCHI Thane.
Coming to a new venue after the gap of two years, this year's expo reflects the changed scenario in a post-Covid-19 world. “It is about new aspirations, and fulfilling dreams about a home that meets the requirements of the 'new normal',” said the CREDAI MCHI Thane President.
He added that a smart decision by home seekers would be taking the 'buy' decision without any delay. “The right time to buy a home is now; given the situation fast developing where various reasons will see price points of homes rise. Primarily, this is because of enhanced cost of construction material, which has pushed up construction cost. New launches down the line will come at higher price points, so it makes sense to select and buy your home at present price points.
