Responsive Industries unveils cutting-edge solution for static-conductive flooring
Responsive Industries announced the introduction of Electra Plus, a revolutionary static-conductive vinyl floorcovering designed to meet the highest standards in performance and safety. This cutting-edge product is set to redefine the landscape of flooring solutions in critical environments.
At the heart of Electra Plus is its static resistance, ranging from (104 ≤ Rt ≤ 106) (EN 1081). This ensures optimal and constant static-conductive properties, making it a standout choice for specialized applications. The 2 mm thick carbon-designed wear layer, combined with a carbon conductive backing, provides both durability and reliability in environments such as intensive care units, server rooms, and electronic manufacturing units.
Electra Plus boasts a homogeneous construction through its 2.10 mm thickness, offering a consistent and reliable static-conductive performance. The product has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties, addressing the demand for sterile environments in critical spaces like radiotherapy and lab areas.
Compliance with European norm EN 649 (34-43) underscores Electra Plus commitment to meeting rigorous quality and safety standards. Its exceptional resistance to static and rolling loads enables versatile applications, ranging from electronic equipment rooms to shop floors and clean industries.
In alignment with environmental responsibility, Electra Plus is VOC (≤ 1⁄2 Chronic REL) and formaldehyde compliant (≤ 9.0 μg/m3). The product has been thoroughly tested according to the CDPH/ EHLB/Standard, Method V1.1-2010 (certificate 120316-01), showcasing its commitment to sustainability.
Beyond its technical prowess, Electra Plus offers a practical edge with easy maintenance and cost-effectiveness. The low-cost solution ensures durability without compromising on quality, making it an attractive proposition for various applications.
"We are thrilled to introduce Electra Plus, a product that reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence," said Rishabh Agarwal, Chairman at Responsive Industries.
