The government has put the country's infrastructure development on fast track with the mega plans introduced under the National Infrastructure Pipeline programme. How do you view these developments in building a strong nation?

How is the company contributing to the infrastructure development of the country?
The renewed investment in infrastructure development projects has provided the CE OEMs with excellent prospects. We, at CASE look forward to thrive through these opportunities. As a brand that has been manufacturing and providing equipment in India for the past three decades, we will continue to be a one-stop solution provider with innovative and prolific product range in construction, mining, earthmoving, and other relevant segments. Most of our products are made in India at our Pithampur Plant for India and over 75 international markets. CASE's vibratory compactors, loader backhoes and excavators are known for their versatile applications and are used for majority of national infrastructural programmes.
Moreover, CASE has been investing resources in creating skilled employees for the infrastructure sector by providing necessary platforms. CASE India has introduced free of cost, skill development initiatives/programmes for financially challenged individuals who are keen on entering the industry.
How do you view the demand trend for construction equipment in view of the mega development plans?
Considering the definitive push at national, state and local level for infrastructure building in the country, development projects are also increasingly being introduced, passed and put into implementation. The demand for the construction equipment in the industry has increased owing to the major ongoing and upcoming construction projects, including expansion of highway networks, road construction, rural road development, ports development, among others. We expect the demand to continue to surge in the near future especially for excavators, loader backhoes, and compactors as they are used at most of the sites for various applications. We, at CASE, look forward to contributing to this growth by providing our full range of smart and efficient construction equipment. CASE machines are known for their quality, reliability and high productivity, and are preferred by many Indian operators.
What is your current manufacturing capacity in India? What are your plans to scale up production in future?
CASE Construction has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in India located at Pithampur that manufactures machines for India and over 75 countries. We have capacity of 10,000 units at the plant and are gearing to further increase it. As we have space at the plant for further expansion, we are analysing the cost-effectiveness and market demand for some of new products that we can begin manufacturing here. We will continue to invest and expand our manufacturing capabilities in India basis requirement.
What opportunities do you foresee for CASE and its solutions in the upcoming market scenario?
With introduction and execution of new projects such as the National Infrastructure Pipeline, the Gatishakti Framework, the Bharatmala and Sagarmala Projects, it is an exciting time for the CE industry as well. Additionally, the growth of real estate market in India is expected to reach $1 trillion by 2030. This in turn is expected to boost construction equipment market in the country at a CAGR of 8.9% during 2022-2028, basis a recent report.
We look forward to seizing these opportunities and cater to the growing needs of the industry. We aim to not only provide our class leading construction, mining and earthmoving equipment for the industry but to also provide excellent aftermarket solutions to fleet owners and operators. Also, there is an increasing demand for technologically advanced and sustainable equipment in the industry. CASE provides smart and intelligent machines that are suitable for any operating environment and offers higher fuel-efficiency and operator comfort.
What are the company's expansion plans and how is the company drawing its growth plans?
At CASE, we have been making in India for over 32 years for the country and over 75 other nations of the world including Africa and the Middle East Asia (AMEA), the Asia Pacific region (APAC), and Latin American markets. We have already doubled our investment in capacities, products and capabilities in the last 3-4 years. We are constantly looking for new prospects in international markets and are looking forward to making our Pithampur plant a global hub to manufacture CASE products.
