JCBL South delivers 100th trailer to BEML
JCBL Limited (South), formerly known as JML, a leading name in trailer and truck manufacturing, announced the delivery of its 100th trailer, marking a significant milestone in its journey. The 100th trailer was delivered to BEML Limited, a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India.
Adopting a customer-centric approach, JCBL South designs trailers that are customized to client specifications while upholding the highest standards of quality. The company’s manufacturing facility is equipped with a dedicated layout that employs a single-piece flow concept, enhancing both productivity and efficiency. The trailers are designed using the latest software tools and produced with lean manufacturing principles. State-of-the-art CNC machines and tooling, as well as especially in-house-made axles, are used to ensure precision at every stage of production.
