Brief real-life examples of projects
PERI has executed numerous data centers in India. We have adapted the solutions for formwork systems to the needs of the project. The following are some of the examples.
Data center in Hyderabad, Telangana: Situated in Hyderabad, this data center is designed with a power load capacity of 40 MW. The project involved five core walls that had to be taken ahead of the slabs. The challenge was to complete initial pours of core walls as early as possible, as the steel members of composite slab installation were planned in a shorter time gap. Additionally, the cranes were engaged in activities of the erection of steel structures, which made the client go with the RCS Climbing system, which is a crane-independent system and completely moved by hydraulic jacks and a pump. PERI provided a complete formwork solution for the project. VARIO wall formwork with RCS (hydraulic climbing) was supplied for each core wall to complete the project within the stipulated timeline. The total height of the building was 54.1 m, which consisted of 15 pours, each of 3.6 m height. With the PERI solution, the client was efficiently able to achieve a 4-5-day cycle time in two of the DG buildings and a 6-7-day cycle time in the other three core walls. With its engineering and site supervision support, all challenges at the site are well addressed, including the training of contractors and labours for advanced technology. PERI solutions also ensured timely completion of the project.
Data center in Airoli, Navi Mumbai & Pune: The data center in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, is a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the growing demand for digital infrastructure in the region. We provided the Tableform system for this project, consisting of the PERI Shore. The structure has a floor-to-floor height of 6.3 meters and beams up to 1 meter thick and a substantial slab thickness of 375 mm, guaranteeing structural integrity to support cutting-edge technological systems and equipment. The design and construction of the facility prioritize both functionality and scalability, enabling the center to accommodate future growth while maintaining high levels of energy efficiency and operational reliability. This facility is a strategic location in Navi Mumbai that offers a robust and secure solution to meet the growing needs of businesses in the region.
For Pune data center project, the customer was looking for a versatile, durable, and adaptable formwork system that can adjust with varying thicknesses and columns sizes. We provided Handset Alpha wall formwork system for the project as it completely matches with the requirements of the customer. Columns height up to 6 m height was cast with the HANDSET Alpha system. Additionally, this system ensures quick assembly, which significantly helps in reducing the construction time while delivering high-quality results.
