What are the technologies and services offered by the company for construction industry? What is your business model?

Neevay aggregates and organizes the vast information of the fast-growing construction industry in India to make information of the businesses like contractors, suppliers, architects, consultants etc. accessible to all stakeholders of the industry at their fingertip with the click of
a button. Neevay acts as a perfect bridge between demand and supply of the industry, with its unique Proprietary Search Engine and simple workflows to make vendor's business information easy to access for the diversified personas of the industry at various levels on both demand and supply side.

What opportunities do you find for your services and solutions in the construction industry?

Indian construction industry is on the transformation path with a lot of new construction technologies evolving in the era of digital world especially after pandemic. All the construction companies are looking forward to adopt these technologies for faster delivery of the projects and better quality of work at an optimised cost. This creates the need, to make the information accessible in organised way to the stakeholders about the latest technologies and the right set of vendors who can help them adopting those technologies.

What kind of solutions will drive demand in construction industry in future?

Almost all the sectors of India are on the growth path, and construction is the backbone of growth to these sectors. This means that there is already a clear path of the growing demand in the construction industry. Now, what we need is that the industry is equipped to fulfil this growing demand.

I believe that having the right and organized information on digital platform will resolve the pseudo gap of demand and supply, it will also increase the adoption of the evolving technologies of construction reducing the lead time of projects which will result in more demand in the industry.

What are your expansion plans in terms of new solutions and market development?

Neevay is currently focused on Pune and Mumbai market, and after achieving successful implementation in these markets with 12,000+ vendors in the network and over 4,000 RFQs floated in last two months of the launch. Neevay is all set and fully equipped to expand its network in metro cities of India in Q4 this year and to all Tier 2/Tier 3 cities by Q2 in 2024. Apart from the regional expansion of the network, we are also going to implement new features in the portal in the coming months with a vision to make Neevay 'an information hub of the India construction industry'.
