India’s construction industry has seen remarkable growth in recent years, driven by urbanization, infrastructure modernization, and government initiatives like the Smart Cities Mission, PM Gati Shakti, AMRUT, Jal Jeevan Mission. India is poised to become a significant engine for global growth, with construction output expected to surpass US$1 trillion per annum by 2030. The construction sector, one of the fastest-growing sectors in India has become a key contributor to the nation's GDP, and the demand for sustainable and smart infrastructure is at an all-time high.

What are the challenges in the current project execution processes? How is the company turning challenges into opportunities?
A major challenge we face is the shortage of skilled workers. To overcome this, we’re using modern technology/equipment and suitable construction methodologies to reduce our dependency on manual workforce, which helps us maintain efficiency and quality.
Another challenge is that while project timelines have become shorter, the complexity of projects has increased. We’re tackling this by using digital tools that allow different activities to happen simultaneously and stay in sync, ensuring we meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
We’re also adopting new technologies and materials, which improve the durability and sustainability of our projects. In this way, we turn challenges into opportunities for innovation and growth.
